We are definitely enjoying our new life in Alabama. It's a great place to live and a great place for our friends and family to visit. We love showing people around this area.
I am still enjoying singing with the Gulf Shores First Presbyterian Church every Sunday and taking voice lessons with Kayla Dowling every Wednesday. This past spring I also joined the Eastern Shore Choral Society and sang in their spring concert. We are currently practicing for our Christmas concert. It is so awesome to sing with that many people -- 115 -- especially that many men. It's a great group and I am learning so much about singing between the two ventures.
Lynn is enjoying his fishing boat whenever he gets a chance. He has it docked on the Fish River and he takes it out into Weeks Bay. Even if he doesn't catch anything, it's still a beautiful place to be out on the water.
He has also continued to improve the grounds around our home with many flowers and shrubs and grasses. He also planted a small herb garden and grew jalapeno peppers.
Life is good.
