Protein Shakes

This is what I have been "eating" this week:

as well as the vanilla. Sometimes mixed with banana and peanut butter and made with 2% milk. I am trying to clean out my body so I can get to the point where I can "start over" with sensible eating choices: fresh fish, more fruits and veggies and a whole lot less processed carbs. So far, it has been much easier than I expected and I am already feeling so much better. Less bloating, fewer aches and pains, and moving more easily. I am also studying the best foods I need to be eating to become healthier as I reintroduce solid foods.


  1. Protein shakes are sooo good for breakfast. And, after you exercise!!! There is a 30 to 60 minute window where your muscles are saying "Feed me!". You will start to see a difference as you increase the amount of protein as well as healthy fats and fruits and vegetables. You've got this!
